The customer must record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
The video must be shared with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
Maximum retum request window: 7 days from delivery date.

No returns for size issues, change of mind, ar minor packaging damage.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Without proper unboxing video proof, return request will not be accepted.
Refund Proces
