At DukanRoad, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery of the product.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Defective product
- Incorrect item received
- Product significantly different from description
The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Return Shipping
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, DukanRoad will arrange return pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchange Policy
Customers may also request an exchange for damaged or defective products, subject to product availability.
Important Notes
- Customers are encouraged to record an unboxing video in case the product arrives damaged.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
