Refund & Return Policy – DukanRoad
DukanRoad follows a strict return policy.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged products.
- The customer must record an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
- The video must be shared with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
- Maximum return request window: 7 days from delivery date.
Important Conditions:
- No returns for size issues, change of mind, or minor packaging damage.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Without proper unboxing video proof, return request will not be accepted.
Refund Process:
- Once the product is inspected and approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
DukanRoad reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
