Refund & Return Policy – DukanRoad

At DukanRoad, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund terms below.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and invoice included.
• Certain products (such as personal care items, innerwear, or customized goods) are not eligible for return for hygiene/safety reasons.

Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original method of payment.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• We currently offer replacement only for defective or damaged products.
