Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Dukanroad does not store full payment details.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refunds will be processed only after inspection and approval by the vendor.

8. VENDOR TERMS (FOR SELLERS)
By registering as a Vendor on Dukanroad, you agree to:
- Sell genuine and legally compliant products
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Dispatch orders within promised timelines
- Comply with applicable Indian laws including GST regulations
Dukanroad reserves the right to:
- Remove listings violating policies
- Suspend or terminate vendor accounts
- Deduct applicable commissions and fees
- Withhold payouts in case of disputes or violations
Commission and payout terms shall be governed by the Vendor Agreement.
9. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS
The following are strictly prohibited on Dukanroad:
- Counterfeit or fake goods
- Illegal or restricted products
- Weapons and hazardous materials
- Adult or obscene content
- Stolen goods
Violation may result in immediate and permanent suspension.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on Dukanroad including:
- Logo
- Branding
- Website design
- Text, graphics, and layout
is the exclusive property of Dukanroad.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- Vendor misconduct
- Product defects or warranty claims
- Loss arising from misuse of products
Our liability, if any, is limited to the transaction value of the disputed order.
